Award-winning HRE Development Appoints Mohammad Al Sari as Chief Executive Officer

HRE Development – one of Dubai’s most recognised names in real estate development – has officially announced the appointment of Mohammad Al Sari as the new Chief Executive Officer. 

Previously serving as the Chief Development Officer, Al Sari’s transition to CEO comes at a period of momentous growth and expansion for the company. With over 20 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector, he brings a wealth of expertise in property development, wellness-oriented design, and architectural excellence. 

Already a prominent voice in the market, Al Sari has consistently championed the philosophy that early delivery is a strict operational discipline rather than a mere marketing tactic.

Beyond project delivery, Mohammad Al Sari brings a forward-looking perspective to urban expansion and investment strategy. He predicts that major infrastructure advancements, such as the upcoming Dubai Gold Line, will bring strategic residential hubs – including Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), MBR City, and Meydan – into sharper focus for global investors.

He will also lead HRE's in-house construction arm, HRE Contracting and Construction, which meticulously oversees design, procurement, and final handover without relying heavily on third party contractors. This strong operational framework ensures rigorous end-to-end quality control across the portfolio.
