The world's energy sector is set to gather in the UAE on Monday, November 4, as ADIPEC 2024, the largest energy event globally, opens at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi. This event, organized by ADNOC under the theme "Connecting Minds. Transforming Energy," will delve into the pivotal role of artificial intelligence (AI) in advancing the energy transition. It will incorporate fresh perspectives from finance, technology, the Global South, and youth voices, all aimed at fostering a future that is secure, fair, and sustainable.

Introduction of the AI Zone

A standout feature of this year's ADIPEC is the new AI Zone, Energyai by ADNOC. Here, global technology leaders such as Enercap, Accenture, AIQ, Microsoft, and Baker Hughes will unveil groundbreaking solutions designed to meet the energy demands of AI while simultaneously reducing emissions to promote a sustainable future. This specialized zone will encompass the Energyai Conference, Creative AI Lab, Reskilling Lab, networking areas, demo stations, and an immersive AI showcase, providing attendees with hands-on experiences of emerging technologies and valuable industry collaborations.
